Fellowship 

The Fellowship Ministry is to strengthen the fellowship of people spiritually and socially, and the general building up of mutual cooperation, trust, love, and enjoyment among all. Organize group activities that will promote social activity and building of relationships. Provide liaison support as needed with wedding receptions held on the premises. Assist the Pastor with funeral receptions held on the premises; to include set up, serving, and clean up and the solicitation/collection of food donations as needed. Provide support and assistance for other special events and functions as needed. Purchase and maintain kitchen supplies to include paper products; gas for the stove, coffee, and other necessary condiments for all fellowship events. Solicit and coordinate persons to holt coffee and refreshments following each Sunday worship service. Provide support and assistance to other groups for use of the kitchen. Arrange for cleaning for cleaning of the kitchen and washing of linens and serving items after each event and maintain general clean order. Maintain the freezer and refrigerator in clean condition; discarding aged and/or unused items. Maintain inventory of linens, cookware, utensils and other servicing items, keep the Property Ministry apprised of changes.
