Youth

The Youth Ministry is to provide continuing spiritual growth of the young people of the congregation through Bible study, prayer and Christian service, in conjunction with other appropriate Ministries. Promote attendance and involvement of all youth in all activities. Plan and conduct a special event to welcome the newly confirmed youths of the congregation and invite them to join the grade appropriately youth group. Develop a program for social fellowship of the youth including recreational programs. Plan and coordinate activities for you with other youth groups outside the congregation, particularly with other Lutheran youth groups at various levels. Provide opportunities for involvement of youth as servants in the life of the congregation, church and community. Train and involve the youth of the congregation in bringing others to faith in Christ, with assistance from the Evangelism Ministry. Encourage attendance at leadership training events, conferences, and workshops for young people.
